This season, the miracle of God will appear in your life in the name of Jesus! You will have testimonies. The God of heaven will touch you as you dance and praise.
July is our month of the Spirit. May you grow in the Spirit and wisdom of God.
Anchor Scripture: Luke 2: 52
Jesus increased in wisdom and waxed strong. May you wax strong henceforth.
Psalms 100: 1-4 – “Shout for joy to the Lord, all the earth. Worship the Lord with gladness; come before him with joyful songs. Know that the Lord is God. It is he who made us, and we are his; we are his people, the sheep of his pasture. Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise; give thanks to him and praise his name.”
God was not advising us to be thankful, He was giving us an order – be thankful!
The Miracles of Praise
Praise Delivers Supernatural Victory
When you switch to praise, you gain triumph supernaturally.
Joshua 6 – the story of the walls of Jericho is a show of supernatural victory achieved by marching around in praise.
Praise Guarantees Freedom from Barriers & Limitations
Praise Guarantees Freedom from Curses
Praise Guarantees Freedom from Pressure to Pleasure
When you are under pressure, you are under duress from powers against you. It can be financial, health, mental, spiritual pressure – but when you switch to praise, you move from pressure to pleasure.
I speak over you, God is moving you from pleasure to pressure.
Praise Guarantees Freedom from Smallness, Demotion & Reduction
Psa. 67: 5-6 – “Let the people praise thee, O God; let all the people praise thee. Then shall the earth yield her increase; and God, even our own God, shall bless us.”
When you are a thanks giver, you increase and not decrease. A praise warrior multiplies daily.
Say over yourself today, I increase daily. In July, I’m increasing.
Praise Guarantees Freedom from Oppression
When you get a hint that you are under ANY form of oppression, switch to praise!
Say I am moving from oppression to celebration in the name of Jesus.
I Sam. 16: 23 – “Whenever the spirit from God came on Saul, David would take up his lyre and play. Then relief would come to Saul; he would feel better, and the evil spirit would leave him.”
When you live a praise-filled life, you move from depression and oppression to celebration!
Praise Guarantees Freedom from Fear
Everyone bound by fear of what tomorrow hold, of illnesses, sickness, etc.
Fear has become a slogan for many, they start their sentences with “I’m afraid I won’t be able to make it…” etc.
The believer does not live under fear! And praise is a way to break free from it if you are in bondage of any kind of phobia.
Praise Guarantees Freedom from Barrenness and Empowers for Fruitfulness
To be praiseful is to be fruitful.
A man given to praising God always will show forth fruits in every area of his life.
When you constantly praise God, you constantly increase.
Praise Grants Freedom from Stagnation and Cause You to Flourish
Stagnation is broken over your life in Jesus’ name! Progress is your portion!
Psa. 92: 12 – “The righteous will flourish like a palm tree, they will grow like a cedar of Lebanon.”
A praise addict flourishes on a daily basis!
Praise Activates Healing & Health
Prov. 15: 30 – “Light in a messenger’s eyes brings joy to the heart, and good news gives health to the bones.”
Praise releases healing virtues in your life and body. The moment you remain in sadness, your body starts to release negative toxins – never remain in negative moods!
How do I Praise Him in An Acceptable Manner?
1. Do it with a sense of purpose. Praising God is not something you do because you have nothing else to do. Commit yourself to praising God because it is the right thing to do.
Psa. 150: 6 – “Let everything that has breath praise the Lord. Praise the Lord.”
Isa. 43: 21 – “…the people I formed for myself that they may proclaim my praise.”
You were created to be a praise agent to Him! Praise him daily and you will increase daily.
2. Praise Him without distraction. Get rid of all forms of distractions – including your phone – when you want to praise Him.
3. Praise Him without guilt. Guilt is a product of offense, and you should never bring it along when you are about praise Him. God is worthy of your praise and you must praise Him without guilt.
4. Praise Him in His word.
Psa. 56: 10 – “In God, whose word I praise, in the Lord, whose word I praise.”
Singing the words of God back to him! Some of the scripture verses that have been made into praise songs are:
Psa. 48: 1, 2 – “Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised in the city of our God, in the mountain of his holiness. Beautiful for situation, the joy of the whole earth, is mount Zion, on the sides of the north, the city of the great King.”
Exo. 15: 11 – “Who is like unto thee, O Lord, among the gods? who is like thee, glorious in holiness, fearful in praises, doing wonders?”
5. Praise Him wholeheartedly.
Jer. 29: 12, 13 – “Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.”
If you are not concentrating with all your heart, you cannot praise God!
6. Praise Him in righteousness and pureness.
Psa. 66: 12 – “Sing forth the honour of his name: make his praise glorious.”
7. Praise Him with a vow and a giving spirit.
Giving and vows show your seriousness and readiness. It takes the giving grace to make the journey great.
I pray for the grace for giving that leads to great testimonies in Jesus’ name!
